Vote April 4th!

I am a pediatrician and mother of two Elmbrook students who is heavily involved in the school district and community as a volunteer. I am running for school board because I am committed to maintaining the high standards that families expect from Elmbrook Schools, while driving continuous improvement in the district. My 20-year career as a pediatrician has been a platform to advocate for parents and children and offers a unique and valuable perspective to the board.

I attended Marquette University and returned to Milwaukee after completing medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine and a residency in Brooklyn, New York. After working as a pediatrician for several healthcare systems in Wisconsin, I completed a three-year fellowship in adolescent medicine and completed coursework for a Master’s Degree in clinical and translational science (research). I left my most recent professional position in 2019, shortly before the pandemic.

I have been very involved as a volunteer in Elmbrook Schools, since my children began attending district schools. I’ve served on Brookfield Central PTO, Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Board, Parent Network, as well as volunteering for Applause, theater productions and more. I value community involvement, and my track record shows that I will invest time and resources in making this community a better place.
